SOLARIS 42

This SOLARIS 42 is hull number 23 built by the shipyard; always well cared for by her only owner, in 2020 she underwent a general refit, with: replacement of carbon mast, boom and rudder, new rod rigging, new textile backstay and forestay.

This SOLARIS 42 is very well equipped with Full-Batten mainsail with split track and Harken tracks, recessed mainsail and German sheet with oversized winches, 1 electric winch (mainsail halyard), Jiber Ubi Maior furler below deck (Furlex standard furler available), Harken hydraulic backstay, carbon bowsprit, B&G electronics with chartplotter, 3 jumbos on mast, 3 displays in the deckhouse and 1 in the owner’s cabin, satellite antenna, AIS receiver and transmitter, internal router capable of amplifying the SIM card signal up to 15/17 miles from the coast.

Wide range of sails (North Sails): Code 0 with Ubi Maior furler, stay sail with a second furler, 2 gennakers with sock, 3DI battened jib. The comfort on board is further enhanced by Webasto heating, a hull window in the Owner’s cabin, Ocean Air mosquito nets and blinds for all hatches, cockpit control for windlass with chain counter, a solar panel, carbon gangway and swim ladder. Ease of operation is ensured by a retractable bow thruster and an oversize 60 HP engine. Measures in line with ORC International measured boat, Speedy Carbonium antifouling, ready to sail.
