History

Cantieri Navali Codecasa S.p.A. was founded in Viareggio (Tuscany, Italy) in 1825 by shipwright Giovanni Battista Codecasa, and it is a worldwide-renowned yacht builder that manufactures top class luxury steel and light alloy motorboats between 30 and 70 meters long.   The contemporary Cantieri Navali Codecasa Groups is still managed by the founding family and can offer a wide range of yachts that guarantee absolute quality, technology innovation, reliability and comfort. In the last decade, the traditional range of steel and light alloy displacement yachts was further expanded by a series of fast yachts, entirely built in light alloy and between 35 and 50 meters long. Modern, classic or minimal, the interior furnishing of each yacht is carefully designed and manufactured in order to fulfill the owner’s personal needs and requirements, as well as to guarantee such high quality & technical standards that made Codecasa famous all over the worlds.   From the foundation year to now, under the leadership of Codecasa family, the Cantieri Navali Codecasa have undergone a continuous evolution and expansion, from small sail boat builder to an internationally renowned shipyard specializing in the construction of luxury motor yachts, such as the Codecasa 65 “Regina d’Italia” (65 mt), the Codecasa 43 “Dragoluna” and the M/Ys Double Down (65 mt), Eternity (ex Family Day, 65 mt) and Tenshi (former Framura 2, 45 mt).
