Modello FRANCHINI 41S
The FRANCHINI 41 S is the Cruiser par excellence: elegant design, unique comfort and performance. On board, you will be thrilled by the still innovative solutions: spacious stern sundeck, cockpit with wooden-clad protection, and technical solutions like the Genoa track fitted within the deckhouse, as well as a keel with a torpedo-shaped bulb and a rudder with partial skeg, sail performance and upwind angle, not to mention the higher freedom of movement on-board. Inside we find teak finishing and solutions typical of great Yachts, such as the enveloping dinette with additional fold-out chairs, a linear kitchen with Corian top, built-in sinks and stainless steel refrigerator room. Stern master cabin is equipped with centre bed and a large bathroom with separate shower. The engine room too will leave you speechless, with its dual (interior and exterior) access typical of larger yachts. Finally, the construction is in line with the spirit of the project: central tank, topsides in sandwich more rigid than the monolithic construction, therefore lighter, and better insulated, as well as lighter and faster on water. The careful study of interior spaces and the great care mean that the Franchini 41 S is a livable and elegant water, especially suitable for long cruises.

Cantiere FRANCHINI
History
FRANCHINI shipyard was founded in 1946 in Riccione by the shipwright Michele Franchini. The shipyard first produced work boats, but as from the beginning of the ‘50s the first pleasure wooden “one-offs” were built. In the ’60, Franchini shipyard entered the high-end segment of pleasure boating. The most famous boats of this time if the “Falco nero” (Black Hawk), a schooner built with traditional planking that is still sailing nowadays and it is considered on the most beautiful wooden boats manufactured in Italy.
We need to wait for the ‘70s for the first “Italian motorsailer”, the MS 10 or Mediterraneo, that proposed a more “Mediterranean” concept of sail cruising, as an alternative to the Scandinavian models. Massimo Franchini took the lead of the company in the ‘80s, and he introduced the vacuum infusion technique, as well as several functional and stylistic innovations (such as stern sun deck, deck house, etc.). The Custom line dates back to the ‘90s, and it was designed by Doug Peterson. The first motor yacht, the Emozione 55, was launched in 2003 and it was inspired by lobster boats, while the Emozione 74 was launched the following year.
