Astilleros Armon

The Spanish shipyard Astilleros Armon was founded in Navia (Asturias region, Spain) in 1953. Currently, aside for Navia headquarter, there are also additional production plants in Vigo, Burela, Gijon and Coaña (for steel works). The shipyard is able to deliver approximately 40 boats every year and the diversity of the boats built by this shipyard makes Astilleros Armon one of the reference points in Spanish shipbuilding industry.

The boats

From the ’60 on, the shipyard built more than 800 boats, yachts and ships up to 180 meters long, all customized and suitable for the specific needs of each owner. Among such boats we find luxury sailing and motor yachts, catamarans, One Offs, passenger ships, ferries, cargo ships, tugboats, boats for oceanographic readings, different types of fishing boats, offshore support boats, etc. Beyond Xargo, among the main sailing and motor superyachts manufactured by the shipyard we find Belgravia (39.26 mt, 1978); Meserret (40.0 mt, 1981); Amali Uno (28.6 mt, 2010); Atana (33.0 mt, 2007); Montecristo (39.28 mt, 1978); Elba (33.1 mt, 1991); Rambler (32.49 mt, 1982)
