The FERRETTI ALTURA 40 is in excellent condition and underwent a general refit in 2023, which included the following interventions: removal, inspection, and repainting of the engines; hull and engine room repainting; replacement of piping and seacocks; installation of new teak with white seams for the swim platform and cockpit; replacement of carpets and interior curtains; inspection of all systems; refurbishment of sunshades, covers, and external upholstery; repainting of the transom; renewal of the rub rail; and installation of new batteries.
