Porto di Roma

The Porto di Roma (Rome marina) was opened in 2001 and it is located south of the mouth of the river Tiber, just 10 KM away from Rome Fiumicino “Leonardo Da Vinci” international airport and the majestic ruins of Ancient Ostia, the harbor of Imperial Rome, that in 2020 was awarded the “European Heritage Label” for its great contribution to European history and culture. This is a strategic location to reach Rome’s city centre too, easily reachable in about 30 minutes by car or by train (with the Roma-Lido metropolitan line). From the Porto Turistico di Roma we can reach Anzio and Nettuno (25 miles south), the Pontine Islands (56 miles south), Santa Severa and Santa Marinella (25 miles north), as well as the Argentario promontory, Giglio and Giannutri islands (60 miles north).

The Porto di Roma was designed with a modern concept for marinas, with several integrated premises that offer a wide range of services at sea and on ground, such as: 833 moorings for up to 70-mt mega-yachts, a shipyard equipped with a 400 T travel lift, 2300 indoor and outdoor parking spaces, ship chandler, Shopping Centre with more than 80 shops, 8 restaurants that serve fish, meat and sushi, several cafeterias and minimarkets, a 1,200 mt seafront walkway with bike path and access to Ostia’s waterfront, private beach, rent a car service, EV charging stations, as well as an outdoor cinema for the summer. The Porto Turistico di Roma hosts several events throughout the year: offshore and monotype races, fishing trips, as well as triathlon races, gatherings and other events.
