Oceanis 40 CC

The Oceanis 40 CC was launched in 1994 and it completes a range that included two other models, the 36 and 42. The hull was designed by the Finot Group and it is an evolution of the Oceanis 400 and 411. The deck plan follows a conventional layout for this type of boat: deckhouse, deep cockpit well sheltered from the side guards, as well as from the windshield and a large clear area at the stern with access to the transom. It easily accessible inside, with the oval saloon immediately to the right (slightly raised in order to position the tanks), chart area to the left and a large kitchen along the entire corridor leading to the aft cabin.

The master suite includes a double bed in the middle, two armchairs on the sides and a private bathroom. At the bow, the guest cabin offers a decent sized double bed and a second bathroom in the extreme bow. Compared to standard Oceanis, there is an abundance of stowage in all areas. Another positive aspect is the excellent accessibility of the engine, with a true engine room accessible from three sides (descent, corridor and aft cabin).

This Oceanis 40 CC was manufactured in 1999 with white hull and refitted in 2017 with: new rigging, overhauling of engine and teak deck. It is also very well equipped, with: bow thrusters, heating system, GPS interfaced with radar, electric winch, Hi-Fi system with outdoor speakers and TV in the saloon, interior plotter.
