The HALLBERG-RASSY 53 was produced between 1992 and 2006 and it was a very successful Cruising model, with 88 units sold, characterized by elegant lines and sturdy construction. The hull was designed by German Frers in order to perform at its best when it is close-hauled, as well a sto guarantee the highest sailing safety. High level of finishing, sturdy construction and good balance of interiors are among this Cruiser’s highlights, that is among the most appreciated in the world. This unit met with her second, current owner in 1997, who treated every detail with the utmost care and has equipped this HR 53 for long cruises. The Hard-Top and hard Bimini protect the cockpit, and also act as a support for the new solar panel. Among the highlights of this unit we find hydraulic mainsail and jib furling systems, electric winches for agile handling, dual power alternator, generator, new element batteries, PC, AIS, A/C, a double bed in stern cabin, and a tender davit. All these features are aimed at enhancing on-board comfort.
