The Comet 41S was designed by Vallicelli & C. studio and it is a Comar Yachts cruiser-racer that follows the same lines and concepts of the larger 45S and 51S, but at the same time it is a very innovative boat, especially for what concerns the construction. The hull has elegant and fast lines, with rounded central sections and accentuated full beam. The choice not to stop at 40 feet allowed to find a solution for the compromise between shapes and livability. The Comet 41S is not only a beautiful boat indeed, but it also has a very large cockpit, a wide sail locker, as well as the possibility to have 2 bathrooms. For the Comet 41S, Vallicelli studio spent several hours to win an insidious challenge: keeping the Family Line originated on a 15-meters boat (the Comet 51S, founder of the Sport family). With its performing and smooth hull, the livable and functional deck, the rational and well-balanced interior, everything in the Comet 41S was carefully weighed. The deck has a clean, modern and elegant design, with rounded shapes. The open cockpit will leave you speechless because of its size: 3 meters long and with a lot of seating space (six people, comfortably) and lockers. The interior design is simple and linear, with cherry wood and polished steel for metal parts, while every finishing is carefully optimized.

This unit, launched in 2006 in the version with 2 cabins and 2 bathrooms (the master WC is electric), large sail locker at bow, interior like new, little used with just 450 engine hours and very well equipped with J-Prop thruster with 3 swivel blades, teak deck and cockpit, GPS radar, carbon gangway.

With more than 5,000 units manufactured between the ‘70s and the ‘90s, COMAR YACHTS shipyard was at the forefront of the Italian boat-building scenario. The shipyard started by building sailboats between 7mt and 14mt designed by Finot studio. From the ‘80s we find several models designed by D. Peterson, Bruce Farr, Sergio Lupoli and Vallicelli studio. The latter also designed the Genesi 43, a cruiser with innovative designing and building choices, characterized by a central engine, as well as elegant and innovative deck design that highlights side decks. From 1996 on, the shipyard changed ownership and produced more than 1,200 units, all characterized by handicraft production aimed at quality constructions, vinyl ester resins and external finishing in customized fine woods. The efforts of the new owners were rewarded by several international recognitions: Yacht of the Year 2005 and 2006; Best Design Award in 2006, as well as important victories, such as the Italian ORCi Championship in 2006 and the World ORCi Championship in 2008 (in Greece).
